Recetas con aguacate rápidas y sencillas para cenar

Ingredients

  • avocados

  • Eggs

  • Bacon slices

  • Grated cheese

  • Salt

Preparation

  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the bone and with a spoon remove a little meat to make the hole bigger.
  2. Place the avocados on a cupcake tray so they don't move during cooking, break an egg over each one and add a slice of diced bacon, a little grated cheese and a pinch of salt.
  3. Put them in the oven for fifteen minutes and serve them hot.
